a MESSAGE OF GRACE

"For by Grace are ye Saved through Faith" Ephesians 2:8

The blessed truth of the Bible is that we can trust in God's GRACE. God is full of marvellous grace. This grace is what we teach about in the Gospel. Grace is his underserved mercy, it is that He sent his son the Lord Jesus Christ to suffer for our sins. Have you ever considered the goodness of His grace?

His GRACE is a Gift, in Romans 6:23 we read

"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

God's gift to us the sinner is everlasting life through his son Jesus Christ, it is something we did not earn or ever deserve. The reality of our estate is that we sinned and disobeyed the Holy God of heaven and our sins demand Judgement. The Wages in the above verse is what we deserve. We deserve Death, Hell, and the Lake of Fire ("this is the second death" Rev. 20:14), The Gift is something we never deserved, and if we want to be in heaven we must RECEIVE it.

A gift is of no value unless someone Receives it. If you ever want to come to know Peace with God you must have a time in your life when you receive the Lord Jesus as your saviour. John 1:12 tells us that:

"But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:"

There must be a moment in each persons life when they receive Christ if they ever want to be heirs to salvation. DO YOU WANT TO BE AN HEIR TO SALVATION? You can be, by simple faith in the person of the Lord Jesus, placing our full trust for eternal salvation in Him and in His Name. This salvation is available for ALL and is available for you.

Yes, salvation is available for you, its available for all. Gods wonderful grace is not limited, the apostle Paul wrote to Timothy saying

"This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation" I Timothy 1:15.

Salvation is not for the select few but its for all, have you accepted the work of christ? The Lord Jesus bore your sins upon Calvary's CROSS, all thats left is for you to accept the work is done.

That is what the Gospel is about, it is about the work of the Cross, the Gospel is no less than the "Preaching of the Cross" I Corinthians 1:18. The Cross is the only plea by which a sinner can enter heavens gates. Have you ever pondered the Cross? Wondered why Jesus suffered? Our Lord Jesus Christ suffered for YOU, He went to the Cross for YOU, He loves YOU. YOU can receive him now, the work is done. It was finished approximately two thousand years ago, you can trust him today and receive EVERLASTING LIFE.

The verse is often quoted and is dear to the hearts of many who have trusted him, John 3:16 assures us:

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

Everlasting life can be found through the Lord Jesus Christ. God gave his Son to go to Calvarys Cross that you might find everlasting life through him. This is the message of the Gospel.
